You’ll need:

  • 8 cups of water (Divided, 4 cups hot, 4 cups cold)
  • 6 Tea bags, any tea you like! (Black tea, green tea, herbal)
  • Stevia or honey
  • Lemon (optional)

Substitutes & Add ins

Tea: You can use any tea you like! Black tea or orange pekoe is the most commonly used, but I personally cant have caffeine so I use herbal tea. My favorite tea is raspberry leaf, amazing health benefits and tastes similar to orange pekoe. Fruity herbal teas are very refreshing as well!

Fruit: I like adding fresh squeezed lemon juice, you can add any citrus juice; orange, lime, depending on the tea you use. Try adding other fruits, strawberries, raspberries, blueberry, the possibilities are endless.

Honey or stevia: You can add more or less sweetener, depending on your preference. Some fruity herbal teas can be naturally sweet, so keep that in mind when adding your sweetener.
