Why Honey Sweetened Marshmallows?

  • 1-1/2 cups honey

  • 4 tablespoons gelatin powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or tapioca starch
